By accessing and using the Loadbalance Adaptive Energy Operations Platform ("the Platform") at loadbalance.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal or internal business use related to energy systems load management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you input into the Platform for forecasting and monitoring. Loadbalance's AI-driven models rely on this data for operational consistency. You agree not to input false, misleading, or malicious data. You retain ownership of your data but grant Loadbalance a license to use it to provide and improve the Platform's services.
The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to software, dashboards, balance charts, text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, are the property of Loadbalance and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
